Description on Medium-Duty Racks

♣ This kind of boltless rack is the articulated structure with beams and upright slices;

Structural features:

Medium-Duty Racks belongs to one of the warehouse shelves, clapboards Racks, which are differenced and named by the load capacity. According to this principle, the load capacity just is between the light-duty racks and medium-duty racks, so called the medium-duty racks. Usually it bears 150kg - 800kg/floor (load capacity most time calculated by the layer for unit.)

1. The upright material, cold-rolled steel strip, is rolled by special cold bending forming machine, and punched double row holes, 50mm distance, arranged by a straight line for articulating beams. The uprights slice is composed by two opposite uprights and transverse and inclined tubes.

4. The complete medium-duty racks are mainly composed of the beams, upright slices, steel plates and hooks.

After the racks components being processed and shaped, they should be burnished, acided, phosphated, automatic electrostatic powder sprayed and dried, and finally the finished shelf looks clean, bright and beautiful. It can be adjusted vertically and arbitrarily in pitch of 50mm, and easy assembly and disassembly.

Using scope: 1. Usually used for storing the medium-small and a litter heavy goods. The load capacity is between the150kg and 300kg. 2. Widely used in labor, manual handling storage and picking various occasions' storage and displaying, etc.
